Recently I put a really basic photography studio in my attic, white backdrop, 2 lights and then used my equipment which was a camera, tripod and external flash.
For the model shots, the camera was just placed onto the tripod, and then I wore the jerseys. To take the photo I used a remote. Then after taking the image I put them onto photoshop and cut myself out of the image and placed myself onto a fully white background which is much better than the backdrop I have. The other shots which aren't the football jerseys are just other ones I've took in the studio.
